2. Ticket Purchase and Entry
- All tickets must be purchased in advance via our official website.
- Entry is only valid for the date and time slot shown on your ticket.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving inappropriately, causing disruption, or posing a safety risk.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the event of cancellation by Pembrokeshire Christmas Light Walk.
- If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered either an alternative date (if available) or a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, illness, or failure to attend.
- In the event of force majeure (including extreme weather, power failure, or unforeseen safety issues), we reserve the right to alter or cancel the event without liability beyond the face value of the ticket.
4. Event Conditions
- The event takes place outdoors. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for winter weather and uneven ground.
- Lighting and effects may include flashing lights, strobes, and loud sounds. Those with light or sound sensitivities should take this into consideration.
- Visitors must follow all safety signage and staff instructions at all times.
- We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Dogs are not permitted unless they are registered assistance animals.

- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and future marketing.
